Fried Green Tomatoes

Castles16 took me on my first letterboxing trip and it was so much fun! We went to Juliette, the town where they filmed the movie. It is now a tiny little tourist attraction but still a cute place to visit.
We had dinner at the Whistle Stop café. We tried the BBQ sandwich and fried green tomatoes. Yummy!


After dinner we went to see the bbq pits where the food was cooked in the movie. It was big and I especially liked this tombstone:

Fluffy,

We saw "Fried Green Tomatoes" years ago, so we don't remember much of it. Maybe we can rent it again so that we can see some of the places you've been.

What do fried green tomatoes taste like? Ask castles16 if she has a recipe for them.

You look so small in the photos, but it looks as if castles16 is taking very good care of you. Try not to eat too much though, or we'll need to rename you Roly Poly :-D .
